Singapore | Permanent | Industrial Component Manufacturing
Lead a strategic procurement function for a growing industrial component manufacturing business in Singapore. This role owns spend across raw materials, direct materials, and critical supplier relationships while working closely with operations, planning, and engineering teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management
- Develop category strategies to improve cost, lead time, and supply resilience
- Collaborate with planning, production, and quality teams to align demand and supply
- Lead supplier onboarding, audits, and risk mitigation activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing
- Strong background in supplier negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor development
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive commercial decisions
- Experience with ERP and MRP platforms in a mid-to-large manufacturing environment
