In this exciting role you will,
Manage end-to-end
Customer Audit
programme including scheduling, pre-audits, post-mortem analysis and database maintenance
Validate Customer audit surveys, checklists and drive timely CA/PA closure across the plant
Maintain and continuously improve the
factory Quality Management System
Conduct internal and Customer audits; drive systemic corrective actions with cross-functional teams
Present
Quality System
updates and audit findings in monthly management reviews
Establish and maintain
Quality System Certifications
including
ISO 9001 and ISO/TS16949
Support
Corporate QOS
and plant-wide audit coordination
Identify system gaps and drive enhancements to
QMS processes
Participate in Customer meetings, audits and training activities
Support
CIM engagement projectsand contribute to quality enhancement programmes
You are encouraged to apply if you have,
Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in
Customer Audit, Quality Systems
and
Quality
Planning semiconductor industry.
ISO 9001
and
ISO/TS16949
knowledge with internal auditing experience is a must
Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 26262 and VDA 6.3; Certified Lead Assessor is a plus
Experience in APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, DOE and Process/Machinery FMEA is a plus
