Summary
The Digital Marketing Snr Executive is responsible for developing and implementing online campaigns, social media channels and all of the company’s digital efforts with the objective to promote brand equity, awareness and engagement with fans. The Digital Marketing Snr/Executive work closely with the Marketing Manager with various partners (internal/external) to achieve the brand objectives and targets.
Job Responsibilities
Strategize, plan and execute to deliver engaging content across all of Southeast Asia’s (SSEA) channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube, Webpage)
Develop creative ideas, visuals and copywriting that aligns with the brand identity and meet the objectives
Work with internal stakeholders to enrich our SSEA library and work with external partners to create and build our digital portfolio of content
Develop impactful campaigns, track key performance metrics (reach, followers, likes, engagement etc.) and prepare wrap reports for internal stakeholders
Support event/product launches, offline campaigns and in-store activations through integrated online-offline cross collaboration
Assisting the Marketing Manager to drive the Marketing strategy. To update team members regularly on progress and sharing with key stakeholders (licensees, retailers, agents, etc.)
Work with partners to develop, coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns and on-ground activations to grow brand awareness amongst target consumers Work with the Marketing Manager to plan, track and execute SSEA regional trade event efforts
Admin & Cost-Control
Assist the Marketing Manager to ensure efficient use of marketing funds.
Track the regional marketing and trade-related expenses and budget
Work with the finance team on marketing related expenses and admin process
Management of assets across the region
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered
1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related field. Fresh graduates with good internship experience also considered
Able to plan and execute marketing campaigns, primarily focusing on digital efforts
Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Team player but can also operate independently
Resourceful and takes initiative to problem-solve
Positive; outgoing; hands-on attitude. Keen interest in the world of characters.
Ability present and communicate effectively and tactfully with internal and external partners
Confident and have great communication skills
Literate in all Microsoft applications
