We're looking for a sharp, self-driven TA Manager to own recruitment end-to-end for a fast-moving financial services business in Singapore.
This is an individual contributor role - meaning you'll be hands-on across the full hiring cycle, while also operating strategically as a true business partner. If you thrive without hand-holding and want room to build something, this one's for you.
What you'll own:
- Full-cycle recruitment across permanent and contract hires
- Talent mapping, market intelligence, and employer branding - not just filling seats
- Agency management and external vendor relationships
- Building recruitment SOPs, KPIs, and dashboards from the ground up
- Stakeholder advisory to senior leaders, including China-based founders
What we're looking for:
- ~8 years of TA experience, ideally in financial services or fintech
- Mandarin proficiency is a must - key stakeholders speak Mandarin and are based in China
- Someone who lives and breathes hiring metrics - time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline conversion
- Proactive, commercially aware, and not afraid to push back with data
- Based in Singapore and familiar with local hiring practices and MOM regulations
- Onsite-based with flexibility
