Summary

You will be supporting the licensing team on the licensing business within the Southeast

Asia region. Reports to the Licensing Senior Manager/ Manager for licensing business within the Southeast Asia region.


Job Responsibilities

  • Administrative work to support the licensing business
  • Stickers management - Manage the certification stickers process and inventory in an efficient and accurate manner. Exercise due diligence for licensee stickers application
  • Direct communication with licensees, agents and our warehouse on sticker orders packing and logistics arrangement.
  • Submission of monthly sticker report closing to Finance within required timeline. Ensure the stickers stock level is sufficient to support business needs.
  • Account creation for new licensees, change/additional users, request for password reset.
  • Assist business team for day-to-day work including identifying and evaluating new licensing opportunities, tracking of licensing performance, manage licensing business documents, process and record.
  • Create onboarding guide for deal signed
  • Business team admin support and record maintenance
  • Covering team members while on leave for all administrative work
  • Staying up to date on licensing trends and regulations
  • Assist with research, project work and other tasks as needed by business team


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Business-related qualification
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales administration support, experience in licensing industry will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, familiar with licensing management system is a plus
  • A good team player, ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proactive with a strong initiative to improve workflow and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Good experience with shipping procedures, customs regulations, and logistics arrangements
  • Experience in licensing or related fields is preferred
