Base Salary: SGD 7,000 – 13,000 x 12 months + Bonus
About the Role
As part of our client's Strategy team, you will drive strategic planning, competitive analysis, and high-impact initiatives. In a fast-paced, global environment, you'll work closely with senior leadership to identify and execute gaming investments that shape their business growth. This is an opportunity to make direct, measurable impact on their expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate global gaming investment opportunities, with primary focus on US and EU markets
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with founders, gaming studios, and venture capital partners
- Generate proprietary and early-access deal flow through proactive outbound efforts
- Lead investments from initial sourcing through evaluation and execution phases
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years in venture capital, gaming investment, or gaming business development with proven deal-making experience
- Track record of successfully sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in US/EU gaming studios
- Demonstrated ability to generate outbound deal flow and proactively build investment pipelines
- Strong network within the global gaming ecosystem (founders, studios, VCs)—particularly in US and EU markets
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify high-potential investment opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, intellectually demanding environments
