We are open to candidates at the following levels:

  • Associate Consultant: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
  • Consultant: 1–3 years of recruitment or sales experience
  • Senior Consultant: 3–5 years with a consistent billing track record
  • Principal Consultant: 5+ years with senior BD and mentoring capability
  • Team Lead/Manager: 5–8+ years with prior team leadership experience



The Role

Regardless of level, you'll join an industry-focused team and build your niche specialization using our 6x6 model. You'll run a 360° recruitment desk combining business development with search and delivery and grow your career on a transparent, performance-driven path.

More senior hires will take on additional responsibilities including team leadership, key account ownership, and contribution to practice strategy.



What You'll Do

Core responsibilities across all levels:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and placement
  • Build and develop client relationships through proactive business development and outreach
  • Conduct market mapping and targeted talent searches within your specialist vertical
  • Negotiate and manage client terms, agreements, and candidate offers


At Consultant and above, you'll also:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts, including regional or global mandates
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge and performance
  • Lead complex, senior-level searches independently


At Team Lead / Manager level, you'll also:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants toward individual and team targets
  • Drive team BD strategy and support key account growth
  • Work closely with the MD on forecasting, hiring, and market planning
  • Play an active role in shaping team culture and building future leaders



What We're Looking For

  • Recruitment or sales background at any level — we welcome fresh graduates through to seasoned leaders
  • A specialist industry background or strong interest in one of our seven practice areas
  • Commercial drive and a genuine hunger to succeed in a target-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging clients and candidates at all levels
  • For senior roles: a proven billing track record, established network, and demonstrable BD capability
  • For leadership roles: prior experience managing or mentoring a team, formally or informally
