HR Generalist | CBD Office, 5 days Onsite | Up to S$6,000/month
A fast-growing, multi-entity tech company is hiring an HR Generalist to anchor HR operations out of its Singapore HQ. You'll own payroll and incentive compensation accuracy across multiple entities and act as the go-to HR contact for employees regionally.
What You'll Do
- Administer payroll, allowances, and leave with a sharp eye on accuracy and compliance
- Draft and maintain HR policies, contracts, and compliance documentation across jurisdictions
- Track HR metrics (headcount, attrition, payroll accuracy, compliance status) and report to leadership
- Support recruitment admin - offer letters, contracts, onboarding - alongside the TA and People Partner teams
- Partner with finance, legal, auditors, and government bodies to keep HR/payroll compliant across markets
Must-Haves
- Solid HR operations & payroll experience in Singapore, with hands-on compliance exposure
- HR/payroll exposure within Singapore & Malaysia
- Working knowledge of Singapore employment law
- Comfortable working independently across multiple entities and moving parts
