The Opportunity

We are looking for a Manager, Process Excellence / Business Transformation to lead strategic transformation initiatives that improve business performance, productivity and customer experience.

This is not a traditional manufacturing or shop-floor continuous improvement role. The position will focus on end-to-end business process transformation, working closely with business and functional leaders to identify opportunities, redesign processes, eliminate inefficiencies and implement technology-enabled solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving transformation across critical business processes such as Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and other enterprise value streams, while leveraging automation, AI and digital technologies to deliver measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business process transformation and productivity improvement initiatives across the organisation.
  • Identify, prioritise and execute opportunities that deliver measurable customer, operational and financial benefits.
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to redesign workflows, simplify processes and eliminate unnecessary complexity.
  • Drive transformation across processes including Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and other critical business value streams.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage automation, AI and digital solutions to improve productivity, scalability and cycle time.
  • Apply structured process improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, PPI, Agile, Design Thinking or Business Process Management.
  • Build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and drive change within a complex matrix environment.
  • Establish standardised processes and sustainable improvement practices across the organisation.
  • Develop organisational capability in process improvement, problem solving and operational excellence.
  • Track and communicate transformation outcomes, including productivity, financial and operational benefits.
  • Work closely with regional and global teams to support the deployment and adoption of transformation initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Business Transformation, Process Excellence, Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable productivity, operational or financial improvements through process transformation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives in a matrix organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and project management skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes quickly and translate business challenges into practical improvement opportunities.
