The Shanghai Human Resources Service's "Navigating a Thousand Sails" Series Grandly Launched, Empowering Chinese Enterprises to Set Sail Globally

In response to this trend, the Shanghai Human Resources Service Export Base, in collaboration with various partners, is launching the "Navigating a Thousand Sails" series of events from August to October. The goal is to actively participate in the global allocation of human resources and provide strong support for Chinese enterprises' overseas expansion.
On August 14th, the highly anticipated first event of the "Navigating a Thousand Sails, Leading the World with Wisdom" series, part of the Shanghai Human Resources Service's "Navigating a Thousand Sails" initiative, was grandly held in Shanghai. The event was hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, organized by the Jing'an District Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and the Shanghai Human Resources Public Service Center, and co-participated by ATOMIC and the Bank of China Jing'an Branch. The event brought together elites from government, enterprises, and financial institutions. Notable attendees included Ding Feng, Director of the Shanghai Human Resources Public Service Center, Xu Jun, Deputy Director of the Jing'an District Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Terry Shen (沈铁雷), CEO and Founder of ATOMIC, and Zhong Peiling, Deputy General Manager of the Bank of China Jing'an Branch.
Ding Feng, Director of the Shanghai Human Resources Public Service Center, delivered a speech at the event. He emphasized that an international orientation is one of the key directions for the high-quality development of Shanghai's human resources service industry in the future. Through the "Navigating a Thousand Sails" series of events, the goal is to leverage the advantages of human resources services, build exchange platforms, and use professional services to broaden the path for Chinese enterprises going abroad. He mentioned that this event is the debut of the "Navigating a Thousand Sails" series, co-hosted by two seasoned service experts, ATOMIC and the Bank of China. The event, themed "Strategies for Overseas Expansion in Intelligent Manufacturing," centered on key topics such as how Chinese enterprises can build competitive advantages in the global market and accurately allocate talent resources. Ms. Lexi Cai (蔡倩蕾), Partner of ATOMIC's Tech Recruitment Team, shared her extensive practical experience and provided an in-depth analysis of the critical elements and strategic pathways for Chinese enterprises to build a global talent ecosystem in the process of globalization, offering valuable insights for businesses.
