Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing partnerships with insurance companies to cover TCM services. Additionally, the role will focus on corporate outreach, promoting TCM services to businesses as part of their employee wellness programs. This individual will play a key role in increasing the clinic's service accessibility and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Insurance Partnership Development:
- Identify and develop relationships with insurance companies to include TCM services in their coverage plans.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with insurance providers to ensure smooth integration of services.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance and service delivery meets the expectations of insurance partners.
Corporate Business Development:
- Identify potential corporate clients and promote the clinic's TCM services as part of employee health and wellness programs.
- Develop tailored service packages for companies to meet their wellness program needs.
- Organize and deliver presentations, workshops, and promotional events targeting HR teams and decision-makers in companies.
Strategic Growth Initiatives:
- Work with senior management to develop and implement strategies that enhance the clinic's market presence and business footprint.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies for business growth.
- Build a network of corporate and insurance partners to drive business success.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or insurance industries.
- Strong understanding of insurance partnerships and corporate sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is a must for better internal and external communication.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for growth.
- Knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and wellness programs is a plus.
