Your Role:
As the leader of the ASEAN region, you will take the helm of a full functional team, including Sales and Marketing, M&A and Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Public Affairs. You will be fully responsible for driving business growth and managing the entire P&L for the region. To ensure seamless communication and effective leadership, this role will require you to spend approximately one-third of your time in China, fostering direct communication and leading the team there.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative business operation and investment strategies across Southeast Asia, perfectly aligned with the company's global expansion goals.
- Lead the creation of business plans for exporting pharmaceutical products to Southeast Asia and introducing core products to China, targeting key markets such as Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
- Drive Business Development (BD) and commercial operations, working closely with global teams to seize every business opportunity and achieve outstanding results.
- Identify and explore high-potential investment opportunities in Southeast Asia, including equity investments, to maximize returns.
- Ensure effective human resource allocation, guiding and mentoring your team to foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and growth.
- Uphold and ensure adherence to internal policies and international regulations, providing compliance guidance to your team.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in overseas sales and BD operations, with a keen ability to spot and seize investment opportunities.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations, particularly in overseas product registration.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to inspire and drive cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive under pressure with fluency in both English and Mandarin.
