Reporting to: Clinical Engagement Director, APAC
Location: Singapore/Malaysia
Travel: Frequent (40-50%)
The role:
- Oversees clinical activities within a specific country or geographical area, aligning with the business area's strategic plan and objectives.
- Leading local Clinical Specialists/Managers and ensuring their activities support commercial goals.
- Responsible for overseeing team members, managing budgets, and ensuring continuous professional development.
- Provides guidance to country-based Marketing teams, offering insights on KOL development, medical society partnerships, and the distribution of medical intelligence and educational content.
- Supports the development of clinical evidence strategies, coordinates case studies and QIPs, analyzes medical data, and translates findings into actionable insights.
- Adheres to regulatory requirements and SOPs, conducts medical reviews of marketing collateral, provides clinical guidance, and documents performance toward commercial milestones.
The experience:
- Ideally with a degree in medical, clinical or marketing field.
- Ideally five years of clinical, medical or marketing experience in surgical specialities or similar field.
- Holds internal and external credibility, confidently engages in external speaking, and effectively analyzes scientific data and publications.
- Works in a collaboratively manner, thrives in a matrix organization, and builds strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
