Atomic Recruitment is partnering with a global MNC in the Manufacturing industry. We are looking for an experienced talent with a passion for driving business insights to join the team as an FP&A Analyst!
Key Responsibilities
- In-charge of financial budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Prepare detailed P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Design and develop presentation materials to effectively convey forecasts and plans.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into changes and trends.
- Support monthly financial close by conducting margin analysis.
- Analyse and interpret general reports to provide valuable insights for management decision-making.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant FP&A experience.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skillset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
- Experience in SAP is an added advantage.
