We are currently seeking a Clinical Application Specialist with expertise in Radiography, Imaging, or Mammography for a leading healthcare company in Hong Kong. This dynamic role requires close collaboration with healthcare professionals and internal teams to deliver exceptional application support, training, and troubleshooting services in Hong Kong and Taiwan market. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring the effective implementation and use of advanced imaging solutions, driving excellence in patient care. Reporting to: Commercial Manager, Hong Kong
Location: Hong Kong
Travel Requirements: 80% Hong Kong & 20% Taiwan
The role:
Training and Demonstrations: Conduct new product in-service training, pre-sales demonstrations, and follow-up sessions for healthcare professionals, including surgeons, radiologists, and imaging technologists.
Educational Support: Develop and distribute educational materials, conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams, and support trade shows or educational events.
Customer Interaction: Track visits, monitor customer accounts, and provide additional training or support as needed in collaboration with sales and customer service teams.
Sales Collaboration: Assist the sales team with demonstrations, data collection, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to enhance sales efforts.
Communication and Reporting: Share market trends, customer needs, and feedback with commercial managers and product teams to improve offerings and address customer challenges.
The experience:
- Degree in Radiography or related field.
- Ideally with 4+ years of clinical training experience in a medical setting, particularly with mammography and/or imaging modalities.
- Able to travel frequently to client sites across Hong Kong and at times in Taiwan.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
