About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HR strategies aligned with business growth.
- Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, learning programs, and C&B policies.
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and regulatory standards.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and strengthen employer branding.
- Oversee employee relations, grievances, and exit processes.
- Support Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.
- Act as a liaison between management, employees, and the regional group.

Your Experience:
