Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • HR Management: *
    • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding to offboarding.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures.
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
    • Oversee employee relations and foster a positive work environment.

  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee office operations and administrative functions.
    • Ensure efficient office setups, including IT and equipment management.
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers.
    • Manage budgets and expenses related to office operations.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR and operational strategies with business goals.
    • Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Candidate Profile

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and operations management.
* Proven experience in greenfield setups will be advantageous
* Familiarity with independently building out systems and policies.
* Strong generalist HR and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Quick thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
* High level of professionalism and a proactive attitude.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
