HR Admin Executive ( Payroll and Employee lifecycle)

Atomic is excited to partner with a tech that is seeking a HR Admin Executive to join their dynamic team.
The role will work closely with the HR team to provide support to payroll and assist in onboarding process and other HR-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output, and statutory payments by working closely with local payroll vendor in timely manner, with a high level of accuracy.
- Process monthly invoices relating to staff welfare, consultancy and payroll processing fee etc
- Ensure timely processing and payment of all government statutory related contribution and/or payments including submission of government claims and/or reimbursements.
- Responsible to check annual tax reporting submission
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records (both physical and electronic).
- Ensure all employee documentation is compliant with company policy and legal requirements.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including issuing offer letters, conducting new hire orientations, and processing exit formalities.
- Assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or any other relevant courses.
- 1-2 years of HR experience
- Pro-active and detailed orientated.
