Job Description
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Processing of Payroll :
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations..
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations for compensation adjustments.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (typically 5+ years).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
