A leading player in the marine equipment and industrial supplies industry is looking for a skilled professional to provide executive support, drive HR initiatives, and manage office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of high-level assistance, HR engagement, and office administration, all while contributing to a thriving workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities



Executive Assistance

  • Offer comprehensive support to the Managing Director and leadership team, including scheduling, travel coordination, and communications.
  • Manage travel logistics by liaising directly with leadership and collaborating with external agencies, with the opportunity to streamline processes or recommend new options.
  • Assist in meeting coordination and preparation, supporting leadership with presentation materials and event logistics.


Human Resource Support (30%)

  • Partner with the regional HR team to host monthly internal events to promote employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
  • Organize onboarding processes with tailored templates and support recruitment activities in collaboration with the internal recruiter.


Office Administration

  • Oversee office facility upkeep, ensuring a functional and well-organized workplace environment.
  • Manage inventory for office supplies and oversee administrative duties as needed.


Ad-Hoc Projects

  • Support additional tasks and initiatives, adapting to the evolving needs of the team and organization.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally within industrial or marine equipment sectors, with HR and office management experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, highly organized, and adept at multitasking.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator with a professional approach to supporting leadership and team engagement.
