Atomic Reruitment is partnering with a Chinese MNC and they are looking for a Personal Assistant to assist in providing secretarial support as well as assistance to the personal affairs to the CEO.

Job Description
Personal Affairs:
- Assist the employer with personal matters such as shopping, appointments, and household affairs.
- Ensure all of the employer's needs and requests are met promptly.
Daily Management:
- Assist the employer in managing daily affairs, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
- Handle the employer's emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and management of important matters.
- Arrange and coordinate various personal and business activities.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare and organize various documents, reports, and presentation materials.
- Assist in financial management, including expense reimbursements and bill payments.
- Maintain and manage the employer's personal files and documents.
Travel Arrangements:
- Responsible for booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related matters, ensuring smooth travel.
- Arrange transportation services and details for travel.
Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the employer and other internal or external parties, ensuring accurate information transfer.
- Coordinate and manage other household and office stafff
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with precise translation abilities.
- 3 years of Working experience
- Enncompasses strong business acumen and good interpersonal skill
