Reporting Manager: Plant Site Lead
Location: Thailand
The role:
- Oversee the production process to ensure it aligns with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Plan and review production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Analyze production reports, identify performance gaps, and lead the team in implementing solutions.
- Offer technical support to the production team to meet production goals.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and tools (Lean, Kaizen, VSM) to streamline processes & focus on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and controlling labor costs.
- Ensure all production activities comply with ISO13485, ISO9001, and FDA regulations.
The experience:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Ideally with 5 years of experience or more
- Knowledge of how to handle Failure & Root Cause analysis and corrective action deployment.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 6 sigma
- Knowledge of Medical device standard and regulation, ISO 13485, FDA 21CFR and cGMP
