Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering & Operations - SEA
- Lead HR strategies across Southeast Asia, driving our people plan and achieving results in a competitive market.
- Work closely with business leaders on key HR areas like employee relations, talent management, rewards, performance, learning, and leadership development.
- Provide tailored HR solutions to empower our markets, functions, and boutiques, building a culture of care and engagement.
- Align with local, regional, and global teams to ensure a great employee experience and prepare the organization for future growth.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced, complex environment; skilled at working with all levels, from boutique staff to senior leaders.
- Passionate about people, with strong emotional intelligence, a growth mindset, and a problem-solving approach; represents the Maison's values in all interactions.
- Excellent communicator and team player, comfortable working across different cultures and markets; fluent in English.
- Collaborative and independent, with a passion for developing people and creating a high-performance culture.
