Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for C&B-related projects, including planning, scheduling, training, and performance allocation.
  • Budget Planning: Initiate and oversee the budget planning process, ensuring timely and effective implementation of templates and guidelines.
  • Communication: Facilitate seamless communication with Business Leaders, including senior Leadership stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Strategy Design: Design and implement flexible benefits and rewards strategies in collaboration with the team. Work closely with Gracie, who will handle strategic translations.
  • Implementation: Ensure that all implementations link back to the overall project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Mentorship: Work closely with and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support from a seniority and strategic thinking perspective.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits and project management.
  • Experience in hospitality and management, preferably with top-notch Hospitality training, is advantageous though not mandatory
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute complex HR projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing cross-functional communication across APAC.
  • Ability to design and implement effective rewards and benefits strategies.
  • Emotional maturity and the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Candidate with high potential and a strategic mindset.
  • Emotional maturity and the independence capability to handle high-stakes projects and decisions.
