Atomic Recruitment is working with a Tech firm and they are looking for a TA specialist for 1 year contract period.
About the role:
Responsible for the full end to end recruitment cycle. Serves as the primary point of contact with key stakeholders in the APAC region. Work with Head of HR and be involved in Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives.
Budget for the role: $5,000/month- $5,900/month
Job Description
- Devise and present the sourcing strategy for each position to be filled.
- Organise regular cadence with hiring managers to establish hiring expectations and conducts regular follow-up meetings.
- Interviews and presents pre-screened, qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
- Work with internal HR Team and Hiring managers on salary proposal at the appropriate stages of the hiring process.
- Manage the onboarding process for the candidates and ensure a warm candidate experience
Job Requirement
- 5 years of recruitment experience.
- Degree Holder
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
