Atomic Recruitment is partnering with a global MNC and they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join them.
Please note, this is a one-year contract position with the possibility of renewal.
Handling of end to end Recruitment
* Managing recruitment for regional roles at various levels, including positions from Tech ,Corporate to E-commerce
* Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and providing support through offer management and pre-onboarding.
* Addressing recruitment needs across functions, levels, and markets, particularly in cases where teams are short-handed or when regional teams require additional resources during transitions.
Recruitment Process Improvement
* Assisting in the improvement of best practices for the Talent Acquisition process
* Providing suggestion and improvement to recruitment playbook and designing processes for HQs.
Employer Branding:
* Management of internal referral
Support Employer Branding campaigns by participating in events that represent the brands externally in conferences
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or any other field of relevance
- More than 5 years of experience in recruitment
- Prior experience in E-commence is a plus point
- Quick learner with the ability to solve problems in various situations and think creatively when needed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, and the ability to balance and address the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Capable of thriving in fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
