The client is recruiting an experienced APAC Business Analyst based in Singapore. This role is responsible in leveraging sales data to provide insights that manages sales pipeline which drives growth in the APAC region. This role also focuses on improving sales performance and optimizing sale process efforts within the region. This role plays a key role in translating complex data sets into actionable insights for our sales and leadership teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key sales metrics (e.g., sales pipeline, win rates, deal size).
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales funnel.
  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Partner with sales leadership and sales reps to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies and tactics.
  • Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings, business needs, and solutions to stakeholders across the organization.

KEY DECISIONS

  • Identifying actionable insights and translating them into strategies and executions.
  • Defining and prioritizing sales metrics such as performance metrics and customer lifetime value to be able to make the biggest impact on sales performance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales analytics, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • 3-4 years of people management/team leader experience.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, sales methodologies (e.g., B2B sales, medical sales) and the healthcare sales cycle.
  • Proven experience in utilizing SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
