About the Company

Atomic group is partnering with an international medical device company renowned for its innovative products, is expanding its operations in Indonesia. With a strong global footprint and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to spearhead their growth in this key market.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the promotion and sales of surgical products within the assigned geographic region, consistently aiming to meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, surgeons, and healthcare professionals, to drive product adoption and customer loyalty.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and conduct educational workshops, seminars, and training sessions for healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding and effective usage of the company's surgical products.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to monitor competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging market trends. Use these insights to develop and execute strategic market development plans.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Operations, to communicate customer feedback, drive product improvements, and support new product launches.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and expand business networks.
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics regularly, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Rich experience in the medical device industry, with specialized knowledge in medical device especially surgical products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including experience working with hospitals, surgical centers, and distributors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as needed.
