IT Manager
Together with a leading distributor for a diverse range products within the Manufacturing industry, this is a full time permanent role as a Regional IT Manager covering 7 countries. Due to expansion plans in Digitalization in Industry 4.0, we're currently seeking a dynamic IT Manager to drive this, working closely with the senior management.
Position Overview:
Reporting to Managing Director, IT Manager is responsible for leading and managing the IT function. This role is also needed to provide structure and control of the functions responsible for diverse technical operations which generally involve hardware, software, and networking in both physical and virtual environments, align with business objectives.
The candidate will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's IT needs for internal & external stakeholders. You will work closely with HQ on IT compliance and guidelines.
The successful candidate shall be the driver of digitalization within the group of organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall in charge of IT department.
- Develop and implement policies, process and system in accordance with HQ guidelines
- Drive Digitalization initiatives and process improvement across departments, including Sales, Material Management, Finance and HR.
- Manage overall IT budget planning, spending and vendor relationships to support operational goals.
- Ensure IT compliance, security and robust cybersecurity measures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
