Main Duties & Responsibilities
Fleet Operations:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet.
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of vehicles for company operations.


Maintenance and Repair:

  • Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance and repair services for all vehicles.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues promptly.


Cost Management:

  • Manage and optimize fleet budgets, including fuel, maintenance, and repair costs.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement effective strategies.


Compliance:

  • Ensure all vehicles meet legal and regulatory requirements, including safety standards and emissions regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, inspections, and insurance.


Driver Management:

  • Supervise and support the team of drivers.
  • Conduct training and ensure compliance with company policies and driving regulations.


Fleet Tracking:

  • Utilize fleet management software to track vehicle locations, usage, and performance.
  • Generate reports on fleet activities and provide insights for improvement.


Candidate Profile
Our ideal candidate will be one who has most of the below criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
  • At least 4 years' in fleet management, handling local Singapore transportation network
  • Good exposure to SAP will be a bonus
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
