As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be the primary HR contact for our Singapore office, collaborating closely with senior executive leaders. Job Description:
Business Partnering:
* Serve as a strategic HR partner to the business, offering guidance and support.
* Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
* Support the Singapore business unit in achieving its objectives.
Recruitment:
* Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver innovative recruitment solutions.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Employee Relations:
* Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to resolving issues.
* Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
* Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, and career growth.
Compliance and Regulations:
* Ensure compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and local labor laws.
* Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and implement necessary policy and procedure updates.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with back-office teams (Finance, HR) as well as business development and operations teams.
* Partner with the senior leadership team on HR-related matters and business expansion initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Native English speaker with fluency in Chinese to converse with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
* Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of HR experience, ideally in the internet, gaming, or e-commerce sectors.
* Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
* Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
* In-depth knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and local labor laws.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
