We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Service & Repair for a leading global company specializing in medical devices and healthcare solutions. This role provides a unique opportunity to oversee and drive technical service operations across the APAC region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and quality management.
Reporting to: Director, Service & Repair APAC
Location: Singapore
The role:
- Technical Service Management: Oversee technical service operations across APAC for both direct and indirect market models.
- Service Product Portfolio: Collaborate with Service, operational, and commercial leadership to develop and refine the local service product portfolio.
- Sales and Pricing: Manage service sales and drive the process, including audits as necessary. Work with leadership to set prices for service products and solutions.
- Service Logistics: Manage service logistics and communication within the region, collaborating with local and remote operational leadership.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and repair services, working with internal and external customers/distributors.
- Quality Management: Identify non-compliant service processes, implement corrective actions, and optimize global service processes locally. Maintain and monitor technical documents, quality management systems, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Training and Communication: Deliver and support training programs and communicate with key accounts and authorities. Ensure accurate reporting and effective communication on quality issues and customer complaints.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with local and global directives, manage technical files and product traceability, and support quality-related audits and corrective actions.
The experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Ideally with 8 years of experience in a similar field service role, ideally within the medical industry.
- Ideally with strong technical and managerial skills, and the ability to travel frequently across Singapore and overseas when needed
