- Reporting to: Senior Manager, Application
- Location: Singapore
- Work mode: Full-time, onsite
- Travel: 30%-40% in Singapore and globally
The role:
- Stay up-to-date with product specifications and modifications to effectively communicate these to distributors and customers. Continuously enhance technical knowledge by suggesting relevant educational programs to management.
- Provide comprehensive application and theoretical training to distributors and end-users. Address product-related issues, handle complaints, and maintain regular communication with subsidiaries and distributors to ensure a smooth support system.
- Develop resources, such as training manuals, to strengthen product knowledge for distributors. Offer excellent troubleshooting support and ensure ongoing product education and assistance for distributors.
The experience:
- Ideally with a Degree/Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent
- Ideally with 3-5 years of experience in the hematology space
