Main Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will be part of an integrated value-chain and is responsible for ensuring Customer Satisfaction in the region:
Key responsibilities of this role, would include:
- Execution of Order Processing and maintaining a healthy level of Inventory
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operation, from purchasing to final delivery
- Liaise with logistics partners to plan and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare and maintain all required documentation related to orders, invoices, shipping, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure efficient work partnership with cross-functional team, such as Sales, Accounting, Logistics and Factory teams etc to mitigate any Customer Service related issues
Candidate Profile
Malaysia / Singapore
- Minimally Diploma in Business / Supply Chain Management or related studies
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service / Order Management, preferably within Manufacturing Environment
- Excellent in multi-tasking as well as written & negotiation skills to drive process improvements to enhance & streamline process maturity and optimizing team work in the organisation
- Excellent exposure in using ERP and CRM systems would be advantageous
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite
