Our client is a well-established IT Security and Network Company, recently acquired by a multinational corporation with a substantial revenue. With offices spanning across multiple countries, including locations in Asia, Australia, and the US, we are inviting individuals with strong skills and knowledge in IT Security to join their team.
Primary Functions:
As a Sales Engineer (Presales), you will be primarily responsible for addressing the technical business solution needs of partners and end-users by providing presales support in the following areas:
- Conducting presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Writing proposals and compliance tables
- Drafting Statements of Work (SOW)
- Providing training and product enablement
- Developing working proficiency and obtaining certifications on assigned products and technologies through self-directed and formal training
- Conducting hands-on POCs independently
- Presenting vendor's solutions to partners and end-users independently
- Providing updates and training to partners and end-users when required
- Collaborating closely with product managers and channel account managers to bring opportunities to closure
- Providing timely and accurate reporting
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT network and cybersecurity domain
- Hands-on experience with Checkpoint, CyberArk or equivalent prodoucts
- Strong knowledge of security and networking infrastructure environment
- Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and personal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
